Abstract
This prospective interventional case series study was conducted in Cairo University Hospitals in which 20 patients with primary acquired nasolacrimal duct obstruction were included.
The aim of the work was to study the patient satisfaction after external dacryocystorhinostomy.
All patients underwent the surgery under general anaes-thesia and were performed by highly experienced lacrimal surgeons. Patient satisfaction was followed-up for six months at least postoperatively.
